Hestan and Williams Sonoma are launching NanoBond molecular titanium cookware with a marathon progressive dinner. Over the course of several months, one NanoBond pan will pass from chef to chef - searing and sautéing its way from New York City to San Francisco. Along the route, this pan will be put through its paces by the likes of chefs Hugh Acheson and Michael Anthony at their restaurants and Williams Sonoma demo events.
